Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy describes how Zinprex handles personal data on zinprex.com, app.zinprex.com, and api.zinprex.com. It is not a certification of compliance with a specific privacy framework.
Data we collect
Account data. Email address, password hash, account name, membership role, and billing records needed to operate credits and support.
Product data. Project names, provisioning metadata, usage measurements, API key hashes, and the contents of databases you create. Database contents are customer data. Zinprex staff do not use them for marketing.
Website data. If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, company, inquiry type, and message. If you subscribe to the newsletter list, we store your email. Newsletter sending is not active until an email provider is configured.
Technical data. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and request metadata for security and reliability. This website does not load a third-party analytics script unless an administrator enables a configured provider.
Cookies
Admin sessions on this marketing site use an httpOnly session cookie. The product dashboard uses its own session cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
Use
We use personal data to provide the service, authenticate users, meter usage, process credit purchases, respond to inquiries, secure the platform, and communicate about the account you opened.
We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers that host the website, API, and databases, and with payment processing only to the extent a transfer is required to confirm a credit purchase. We may share data when required by law.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while the account exists and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, dispute, and legal records. Inquiries are kept until they are deleted by an operator. You may ask us to close an account through the contact form.
Security
Passwords are hashed. API keys are hashed. Database credentials are stored encrypted in the control plane. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
