Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy applies to zinprex.com, the dashboard, the API, and provisioned PostgreSQL databases.

You may not

• Break the law or store or distribute illegal content.
• Probe, scan, or attack Zinprex infrastructure except through documented product features.
• Attempt to access another customer's account, database, or API resources.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or suspension.
• Use the service to operate malware command-and-control, credential stuffing, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Resell the service in a way that conceals the true operator from Zinprex without an agreed partnership.
• Overload shared infrastructure in a way that degrades other customers, including pathological query patterns aimed at harm rather than application work.

Enforcement

Zinprex may suspend an account or a project, revoke API keys, and refuse new signups when this policy is violated. Suspension retains data unless deletion is completed through the product process.
